An emergency shower room, often referred to as an emergency safety shower or simply a safety shower, is a specialized facility designed to provide immediate decontamination and relief in the event of chemical exposure to the body, particularly the skin and clothing. Eyewash Shower Stations are used for  industries such as gasoline, chemical, beverage, medical, etc, when there is accident like chemical liquid, hazard material or fire injects to the body, face, eyes of people, this equipment can reduce the injure level with water washing.  ​ The eye washer must be installed around the work area with potential hazard, usually 10-15 meters away.

3. Eye wash bowl: size: the diameter is 260mm, and the thickness is 0.6mm, it is used for collecting the used water. Shower bowl: the diameter is 260mm, and the thickness is 0.6mm. The edge of bowl is 2100mm high to the ground. This bowl is used for shower spray. Manufacturing process: multiple punching through rotate molding, the bowl edges are flipped without blurs, the brightness after polishing is high and this appearance guarantees the long lifetime.

4. Eye wash nozzle covers: made of stainless steel 304, put the covers on the nozzles, in order to prevent dust and avoid water gets polluted when needed.

5. Water inlet pipe: 5/4” threaded connection, about 1580mm high to the ground.

6. Water inlet and outlet: DN32 / DN40 or customized according to customer’s request.

7. Switch board: hand push switch board controlled with ball valve, and the puller controls the shower system.

8. Eye wash nozzles: made of stainless steel 304. The filtering nets are high density double layer nets (PP + stainless steel), which can be used to filter the impurities, the sprayed water is like fog, soft and wet.

9. Advantages: stainless steel 304 with more than 8 units of Nickle. It would be strongly against acid, alkaline and mineral and salt.

10. Function: strongly against corrosive liquid such as acid, alkaline, salt, oil, etc.

14. The eye washer must be installed around the work area with potential hazard, usually 10-15 meters away, where has connection to the supply of clean water/filtering water, there should be no barrier in the range of 10-15 meters of install position.

15. Dimension of water inlet/outlet: NPT1.1/4’ or 3/2” (DN 32/DN40) or customized according to customer’s request.
